VBWstudio is located in Nova Scotia, Canada, overlooking the peaceful bay of the Atlantic Ocean. Most of Vivian’s work is inspired by nature and her surroundings, so her handmade watercolor palettes and paintings often capture the seasonal changes observed throughout the year on the East Coast.

Highly Pigmented Paints

Vivian began crafting watercolor paints blending the qualities of gouache and watercolors for herself. Her unique palettes feature handcrafted wooden discs, each meticulously cut, sanded, and varnished. Though time-consuming, this process is meditative for her. She's currently sold out but you can contact her to join the waitlist for the next batch.
